This leadership workshop focuses the team on answering three major questions. These questions will help set the direction for the year and allow for team alignment and action planning. This workshop is less about learning leadership concepts and more about making sure the team is on the same page with their vision and goals. Many of our clients do this workshop yearly as a way to regroup as a team and refocus for the future.
How to communicate with context, facilitating first, actively listening and delivering two-way communication are just a few of the topics included in the plethora of communication lessons taught in this training workshop. Participants will leave a more confident and equipped communicator guaranteed.

Each principle, Encourage The Heart, Inspire A Shared Vision, Model The Way, Enable Others to Act and Challenge the Process are brought to life in a highly interactive training that really drives home the lessons associated with each principle.
